By accessing or using the if Only platform, mobile application, or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

if Only provides a voice-first storytelling and creative reflection platform powered by artificial intelligence. Users can speak, construct narratives, generate synthesized essays and accompanying artwork, and optionally publish stories to the public web.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information when creating an account.
• Paid subscriptions, credit packs, and memberships are billed via Stripe and RevenueCat Web Billing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All pricing is inclusive of VAT or applicable taxes where required.

4. User Content & AI Generation

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the original spoken transcripts and narratives you provide.
• AI Output: You are granted full personal and commercial rights to the written essays and images generated by the platform on your behalf.
• Safety & Moderation: You agree not to submit or generate unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content. Content violating safety guidelines will be blocked immediately without refund.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our safety policies or engage in unauthorized abuse of our API and computing resources.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. if Only shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
